Delivery, Returns, and Warranty

Power Plate is not on our free-shipping brand list. You can return the kit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase if it is working, undamaged, and in its original packaging; a damaged or incomplete return may be refunded only in part. A 25% restocking fee applies; you pay return shipping; items used beyond testing can't come back; and cancelling before shipment costs 2.5%, as our shipping and returns policy explains.

The kit carries the Power Plate manufacturer warranty. If anything arrives damaged or fails, call us and we'll sort it out with Power Plate.
