The Abs Company Glute Coaster™ TL Trackless Glute Machine

The Glute Coaster™ TL is The Abs Company's trackless glute machine. It uses a guided down-and-back leg motion and a 295 lb selectorized weight stack to train the glutes directly. The compact frame suits commercial floors, studios and serious home gyms that need quiet, repeatable glute work.

What the Trackless Design Changes

The trackless system is the whole reason this model exists. The original Glute Coaster™ ran on a track, and tracks collect grit, drift out of alignment, and get louder as a floor ages. This patent-pending redesign removes the track and keeps the guided arc, so the motion stays clean rep after rep.

Quiet matters more than buyers expect. A machine parked near a stretching area or a home office wall gets used less if it announces every set.

Does the Glute Coaster TL still guide your form? Yes. The down-and-back path is fixed, so the leg travels the same arc every rep without a coach correcting position. That is what makes it approachable for members who avoid barbell hip work.

How much floor space does it need? The machine measures 74" (188 cm) L x 33" (84 cm) W x 65" (165 cm) H. Add clearance behind it for the working leg and room to step on and off.

That 507 lb mass is a feature, not a freight headache. Weight is what keeps a glute machine planted when someone drives hard against a heavy pin setting. Request a quote from Hamilton Home Fitness and we will confirm delivery to your address.

Who This Machine Suits Best

Strong fit
Look elsewhere
Gyms building a dedicated glute zone
Rooms shorter than seven feet
Studios with mixed-height clients
Buyers who need portability

Home gyms with real floor space
Homes without freight access

If that last row is you, the Ab Coaster CS3000 is the machine you actually want — same brand, same guided principle, aimed at the abdominals. Building a full lower-body station instead? The Froggy covers frog pumps while the TL owns the down-and-back pattern, and both sit alongside our other selectorized leg machines.

Common Questions Before You Buy

What muscles does the Glute Coaster™ TL train? It targets the glutes through a guided down-and-back leg path. Hamstrings assist near the end of the range, but the load stays on the glutes by design. This is a dedicated glute machine, not a general leg trainer.

Can beginners use it safely? Yes. The fixed motion path removes most of the setup risk that makes loaded hip work intimidating. Start light, learn the rhythm, then add pins.

Is 295 lb enough for advanced lifters? For most, comfortably. Because the movement isolates the glutes rather than the full posterior chain, useful working loads sit well below what the same lifter would pull from the floor.

Will it fit through a standard doorway? The crate measures 30 inches wide, which clears most interior doors at 32 inches. Measure your narrowest entry and any tight turns before delivery day.

How is this different from the Ab Coaster? Different muscle group entirely. The Ab Coaster works the abdominals from the bottom up. The Glute Coaster™ TL works the glutes with a down-and-back motion. They share a guided-path philosophy and little else.

What maintenance does a trackless machine need? Less than a tracked one. With no rail to clean, align or replace, routine care comes down to cable inspection, hardware checks and wiping down the pads.

Does it suit home gyms or only commercial floors? Both. The original is found in facilities worldwide, and the TL's reduced footprint is what finally makes it realistic for a home glute zone with the space to spare.

Glute training has earned its own station, and half-measures show. The Glute Coaster™ TL puts a proven movement into a quieter, smaller, lower-maintenance frame, and it ships nationwide from our Tennessee base. Order yours today, or call first and we will help you plan the placement.
