Neo-Hex Club Pack (Neoprene Coated Iron - Black) (INCLUDES RACK - 69031)

York Neo-Hex Neoprene Dumbbell Set with Rack

The York Neo-Hex Club Pack is a neoprene dumbbell set built for rooms, not individuals: a full run of coated hex fitbells matched with its own storage rack. It suits studios, wellness rooms, and group programs that need enough hand weights to stock an entire class at once.

Neo-Hex Club Pack at a Glance

These six details answer the first questions facility buyers ask about the Neo-Hex Club Pack.

Club Pack or Home Neoprene Set?

Buy this pack to outfit a room, not a single lifter. Most neoprene dumbbell sets sold for home use carry a few pairs sized for one person. The Neo-Hex Club Pack is class inventory, deep enough for a group to train side by side without passing weights down the row.

If you train alone or with one partner, a smaller pairing from our individual dumbbell sets will cost less and take far less floor space.

What is a fitbell? It is York's name for its coated hand weights. York positions its fitbell line for group classes run in clubs.

The Neo-Hex line also sits inside a wider catalog of York Barbell strength equipment. That lets a studio source hand weights, benches, and storage from one manufacturer.

How Many People Can This Set Serve?

The heaviest tier decides your class size, because it holds the fewest bells. Counts drop at every step up in weight. That shape favors classes where most participants work at the easier tiers and only a few reach for the top.

Run this quick check against your own roster before you order:

1. Count your largest class, not your average
2. Halve each tier's bell count to get pairs
3. Compare pairs to people at the heaviest tier
4. Plan a second set if the top tier falls short

When a class outgrows the top tier, a queue forms at exactly the weights your stronger members want. Knowing that before checkout is far cheaper than discovering it mid-session.

Numbers line up with your roster? Add the Neo-Hex Club Pack to your cart and stock every station from a single order.

Full Specifications and Tier Counts

This table lists every Fitbell tier and rack measurement published for the Neo-Hex Club Pack.

The shipping figures are published with the rack's details, and the iron fitbells add weight beyond them.

The rack's 10 slots graduate from 1 ½” to 2”, so smaller and larger fitbells each get an opening sized to fit. Need storage for kettlebells, plates, or bars beside it? Browse our weight storage racks to complete the wall.

Neoprene or Chrome Club Pack?

Pick Neo-Hex for classes and circuits; pick chrome for individual strength training. Both are York club packs sold with a rack, but they solve different problems. The York Chrome Dumbbell Club Pack is the right comparison if you are weighing the two.

Is neoprene better than vinyl for group classes? For sweaty, high-rep sessions, neoprene's textured surface usually holds on to damp hands better. Vinyl's smoother, harder shell suits rooms where quick wipe-downs matter most. These are general material traits, not results from York testing.

Studios standardizing on vinyl can look at the white Vinyl Fitbell Rack instead.

Who Should Buy This Neoprene Dumbbell Set

This pack pays off where many people draw from one rack during the same hour.

A Strong Fit For

Four buyer types get the most from it:

• Studios running group strength classes
• Corporate wellness rooms with shared gear
• Trainers coaching small-group circuits
• Community and recreation center programs

Outfitting a whole facility? Pair it with our range of commercial fitness equipment for the rest of the floor.

Look Elsewhere If

Be honest about how your space actually gets used before ordering.

• Only one or two people train at a time
• Weights get dropped or slammed on the floor
• Your budget covers just a few pairs

This pack stops at light hand weights, so anyone who needs heavier dumbbells for presses, rows, or squats will need a separate strength set.

Returns and Buying Support

Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the equipment arrives undamaged, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the buyer's cost.

Keep every carton until the pack is unpacked, counted, and checked. Read the full return policy before you place a freight order.

Scenario: a wellness coordinator is stocking a new staff gym for lunchtime classes. Confirm the largest expected class against the top tier first. Then book a free gym design consultation so rack placement and traffic flow are planned before delivery day.

Neoprene Dumbbell Set FAQ

What warranty and assembly details come with this pack?
Neither is published on the listing. Ask the team before you order, and they will confirm current coverage and what the rack needs on arrival.

Can you buy the Neo-Hex rack without the fitbells?
Yes. The Neo-Hex Fitbell Rack is listed on its own for studios that already own fitbells and only need storage.

Does the Neo-Hex Club Pack ship free?
No. Free shipping on this site covers select brands, and York Barbell is not one of them, so standard rates apply at checkout. Orders ship nationwide from Tennessee.

Are these neoprene weights color-coded?
No. Every fitbell in this neoprene dumbbell set shares one finish, so members choose by size rather than color. Programs that sort weights by color should plan for that.

Are neoprene dumbbells good for seniors?
Coated hand weights are widely used in active-aging classes. Starting loads and exercise choices should be set with a doctor, physical therapist, or qualified trainer, especially for anyone managing a health condition.
