The PSM200 smith bar provides the ultimate safety and security with safety catches, helping prevent injuries during failed reps and allowing users to lift heavy weights even without a spotter.  Featuring 12 lockout points, users can lock the bar with a simple rotation during any part of the motion. The high-impact nylon bushings provide frictionless action on the chrome-plated guide rods. Perform a wide variety of movements on this machine, including presses, squats, lunges, rows, and so much more. 

For traditional barbell workouts, the Powerline by Body-Solid PSM200 Smith Machine features two composite lined j-cups and two 13" safety spotter arms. Four integrated weight horns on the machine help keep weight plates neat, organized, and easy to access.
