What 11-Gauge Really Buys You

Gauge measures steel thickness, and lower numbers mean thicker walls. Eleven gauge sits at roughly 0.120 inches — about an eighth of an inch. Twelve gauge runs near 0.105 inches, and fourteen gauge drops to about 0.075 inches.

Before You Order Custom

Custom-configured orders are final sale. Once a frame is powder-coated in your color and your logo goes on it, that machine can't be resold to anyone else—so all sales are final on custom items, with no returns under any circumstances. If a component fails or something arrives wrong, it's covered and honored under the product warranty, and we'll work it through with you. But buyer's remorse on a color choice isn't something anyone can undo.

Standard non-custom items follow the site's 30-day return policy, undamaged and in original packaging.
